He has been a personal trainer since 2008. Since 2000 the first time Tod started weight training in Sydney, he fall in love with it and keep improve his training technique & knowledge. Until now Tod has over 10 thousands hours experience of coaching people who wants to reach their own fitness goal. His training concept is not just about muscle size, he more care about client’s overall fitness like general body health, mobility, agaility, power and strength base on nature training.
