Joe graduated from HKBU (Bsc,sport and recreation) and get certified NASM personal trainer. He is former HK junior athletics team member and HK development rugby squad member. As being an athlete about 12 years, he knows the way to improve sports performance, and the most important is prevent injury though different ways of training.
What Alex Trains
Encourage his students to get into the habit of exercising regularly to improve their health. Unfortunately, he found that eating incorrectly, skipping weight exercises and working under pressure run deep in Hong Kong and will seriously damage our health. Thus, changing people’s outlook and making people healthier has been his motivation.
